The 5 Minute Breakfast

No one has time for breakfast anymore, let alone think of what to have for breakfast every single day. But we all know it’s the most important meal of the day.  Therefore I would like to encourage you to abstain from skipping breakfast altogether, and enjoy it from here on out. To this end I offer you the 5 Minute Breakfast(or Lunch/Brunch/Dinner). It even comes in a box!

Get a box that slides on top of a fridge shelf with ease, a cardboard box works fine and lasts about 1-2 months

Fill with ingredients that are easy to put out for a meal

  • Jams
  • Cheeses
  • Butter
  • Hummus
  • Bread
  • Eggs
  • Luncheon meat/sausage
  • Fruit
  • Tomatoes/cucumbers/peppers
  • Olives

Basically you are preparing a spread to  pull it out when you are hungry. You don’t even have to pass out more than one or two dishes, just eat directly from the jars and containers.

Optional Steps

Toast or warm the bread

Throw a couple of eggs on the fryer or hard boil them in advance

Best served with tea or coffee which can also be partially prepared in advance
